Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure the following:

- Deposited funds must have been used in at least one bet.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
New members at bji88 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000
Wagering requirement:
To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposited amount).
Example: Receive a ৳1,000 bonus → must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means may result in account suspension.
- bji88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier, ranging from Bronze to Platinum.
User Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Providing false or misleading information on your account.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Manipulation or arbitrage activity for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
- Use of automated software, bots, or algorithms.
- Colluding with other users while betting.
